Level: Advanced-Beginner This ain't your Grandma's Granny Squares ... we love you Nana!!! Granny squares have come a long way and have since been infused in fashion, to include streetwear. Even some of our favorite pop idols have showcased these colorful wears. Now you can learn to crochet a classic granny square! In this class you’ll be introduced to the different methods of starting including the magic circle/ring (woo-hoo!), granny clusters, and how to achieve proportionate sides and corners. So grab your hooks and join in on the fun! Skills Covered: 3 Different Starting Methods Crochet in the round Double crochet Granny cluster Finishing off Weaving in ends Supplies: ALL available at F I N C H* Super Bulky weight (ie: Malabrigo Rasta, Loopy Mango Merino No. 5) US N/15 (10mm) crochet hook Split ring markers or lock ring markers Scissors/Snips Darning needle Basic sewing/quilting tools will be available for use at FINCH during class time. *10% discount for all class supplies purchased in store. Supplies not included unless otherwise stated. FINCH Classes are for adults only unless otherwise noted.

CLASS + EVENT POLICIES (In-person and Online)* • Full payment is due upon signing up for a class, whether in-person or online. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, the spot is not held until payment has been made. • 100% of class fees are refundable or transferable to another class if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the class, whether in-person or online. • There is NO REFUND or TRANSFER to another class if upon cancellation LESS THAN 72 HOURS OF NOTICE IS GIVEN before the start date of the class, whether in-person or online. Sorry, we are unable to make exceptions.
