Level: Beginner  You know how to knit. You know how to purl. You’ve cast on and bound off. Now let’s kick it up a notch. Let's make a hat and add a POMPOM! Welcome to Knitting 103! We'll make a beautiful, cozy hat knit in a super bulky-weight yarn. The Riverbend beanie is a super fun and quick knit, we promise you'll be making this one over and over.... Skills covered: Knitting in the round Stockinette Stitch Using Contrasting color Kitchener stitch Decreasing Working with Double-pointed-needles Small-circumference knitting Pompom making Homework depends on how much you can finish in class. We’ll have new concepts for each class, so to stay with the group, you likely will have to finish up sections between classes. Supplies - ALL available at FINCH*: 1-2 skeins Malabrigo Rasta US13 16" circular needles US13 DPNs Cable needles darning needle Riverbend beanie hat pattern  *10% discount for all class supplies purchased in store. Supplies not included unless otherwise stated. FINCH Classes are for adults only unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy

CLASS + EVENT POLICIES (In-person and Online)* • Full payment is due upon signing up for a class, whether in-person or online. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, the spot is not held until payment has been made. • 100% of class fees are refundable or transferable to another class if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the class, whether in-person or online. • There is NO REFUND or TRANSFER to another class if upon cancellation LESS THAN 72 HOURS OF NOTICE IS GIVEN before the start date of the class, whether in-person or online. Sorry, we are unable to make exceptions. This ensures that other students waiting for a seat in full classes are not missing learning opportunities due to late cancellations. • No-shows forfeit any refund or exchange. *EXCLUDES RETREATS- See Retreat listing for specific policies.
