Level: All Levels Do you hold the yarn in your right hand and wrap it around the needle each stitch? That means you knit using the American or English method (A.K.A. a “throwing”). There’s another way to knit, which for many people is faster and might even be easier on your shoulders, neck, and wrists. It’s called Continental knitting (A.K.A. “picking”). Join us in this two-hour workshop to learn how to knit using the continental method. Our custom kit, sized and cut, ready to make, will provide you with everything you need to create a stunning appliqué masterpiece. During the morning workshop, our skilled instructor will guide you through the techniques of Alabama Chanin style sewing, teaching you how to achieve impeccable results with knit fabric appliqué. You'll learn the art of reverse appliqué and decorative stitching, bringing your design to life in a beautifully textured and layered fashion. The custom kit is completely custom... You pick the garment, size (basic custom adjustments are included), color, and print that you like. Kits includes premium knit fabric, prepared in your chosen size, allowing you to focus on the art of sewing without the hassle of doing ANY prep work!! That's right, NO PREP WORK! Cancellation Policy

CLASS + EVENT POLICIES (In-person and Online)* • Full payment is due upon signing up for a class, whether in-person or online. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, the spot is not held until payment has been made. • 100% of class fees are refundable or transferable to another class if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the class, whether in-person or online. • There is NO REFUND or TRANSFER to another class if upon cancellation LESS THAN 72 HOURS OF NOTICE IS GIVEN before the start date of the class, whether in-person or online. Sorry, we are unable to make exceptions.
